Healthy Meal Prep is an amazing option for many people in today's society and is very popular amongst people and families with busy schedules, as well as, people who simply have no desire to cook. Through this service, I offer custom designed menus to meet the specific dietary needs of the client. In some cases, clients also have the option to create their own menu and I handle the rest. Fresh meals are available for pick-up on designated days, usually Sunday at 5pm. 

As a Personal Chef, I prepare specialized meals for clients either in clients' kitchens, clients' venue of choice or in my kitchen. Meals are planned according to clients' specifications, preferences and dietary needs. I shop for meal ingredients and package or serve meals accordingly. Pricing depends on the services requested. My rate is $65 per hour with a two (2) hour minimum. Deposits are required and contracts must be signed prior to execution of services.

I was honored to have been chosen as 1 of 2 chefs to represent Memphis and host cooking classes for Cozymeal. Due to Covid and having to make many adjustments, I decided to pause in-person cooking classes in an effort to protect the health of my clients and myself.

Now, I offer online cooking classes for individuals, groups, children, couples, etc. They are safe, interactive and a lot of fun! Clients are responsible for purchasing their own ingredients for their session. Each class is at least an hour and can last up to 2 hours, depending on what's being prepared.
